$350 (plus GST) | Includes invitations to attend family dispute resolution, attendances with parties and lawyers and the issue of section 60I certificate/ certificate of dispute resolution. Payable in advance before issuing the invitations. |
Video conferencing/ telephone mediation
No extra charge for use of Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
Room Hire
Room fees are additional to the above fees. Queensland Law Society mediation rooms in Brisbane City are approx $154 for 4 hrs.
Payment Details
Deposit: to secure the booking a deposit must be paid within 7 days of the booking.
The remaining payment is required to be made 5 days before the mediation date.
Please note: each party is responsible for paying one-half of the mediation fee and one-half of the room fee, unless otherwise agreed.
