Upon booking your mediation, a deposit is required to be paid within 7 days of the confirmed mediation date. Deposit pricing can be found here.

• Deposits will be for forfeited if mediation is cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled date and not re-booked.

• Deposit will be deducted from the mediation fee.

• Mediation fees are to be paid not later than 48 hrs prior to the date of the mediation.
